However, academic discourse at the intersection of AI, Big Data, and Competition Law remains underdeveloped and fragmented.

The Journal of AI, Data & Competition Law (JADCL) aims to fill this gap by providing a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary platform for legal scholars, technologists, economists, and policymakers to exchange ideas, share research, and propose reforms related to algorithmic market behavior and competition regulation.

  • Merger Control in Digital Markets
  • Intersections of Data Privacy and Antitrust

What Are Knowledge Documents?

Knowledge documents are structured outputs created from academic or professional events such as seminars, webinars, or courses. They serve as permanent records of key ideas, discussions, and takeaways. Examples include:

  • Seminar Proceedings: Summaries of speaker sessions, panel discussions, and Q&As
  • Policy Briefs: Concise documents highlighting actionable recommendations from the event
  • Research Compendiums: Collection of papers or abstracts presented at the event
  • White Papers: In-depth exploration of a theme or issue discussed during the event
  • Course Compendiums: Syllabi, readings, and key learnings from certificate programs
  • Insight Reports: Thematic reports consolidating perspectives from speakers and participants

These documents are often published with ISBNs/ISSNs and contribute to institutional repositories, policy influence, and future research citations. They also strengthen the academic value and outreach of the host organization.
