The AI Comp Lex is a specialized knowledge hub that investigates the evolving interface between Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and Competition Law. We combine legal scholarship with technological insight to analyze how algorithmic practices, digital market structures, and data-driven strategies impact market fairness and regulatory enforcement. Through curated research articles, case commentaries, policy critiques, and comparative legal analysis across jurisdictions like the EU, US, and India, we aim to foster informed dialogue among academics, practitioners, and policymakers. Our platform also engages with emerging regulatory developments, hosts expert contributions, and promotes interdisciplinary discussions to address the legal, ethical, and economic challenges posed by AI in competitive markets.
